As he opened his eyes, everything had vanished, and Murlï stood alone in a brightly illuminated warehouse.

 

Suddenly, four towering figures emerged, each with the majestic heads of tigers and hawks. "This is our vinyasa," they harmoniously proclaimed, extending and contorting their bodies in sync with the music. Initially filled with fear, Murlï locked eyes with their welcoming gazes and surrendered to the synchronized dance.

Position yourself on all fours, with your torso facing the sky and your heels resting on the ground.

 

Then, lift your feet towards the sky. Direct your gaze up towards your toes. Stay in this position for as long as you like.

"Sit on your heels and place your palms on the ground. Gradually reach for your right foot with your right hand, bending your leg as you do so.

 

Feel the stretch in your thighs. Keep your gaze forward. Stay in this position for a few moments, and then repeat on both sides.

 

You will feel open to new possibilities, grounded, and comfortably balanced after performing this sequence."

"Create space between your legs by stepping your left foot forward, placing it ahead of the right. Ensure that your toes are facing the same direction. 

 

Slowly twist your body. Reach your right hand towards your left toes and extend your left hand towards the sky. Lift your gaze upwards. Enjoy, and then repeat on the other side.

 

You will feel uplifted, capable, and filled with profound love after completing this sequence."

"Squat down, raising your heels. Place your palms on your knees, and slowly lift one foot into the air, tucking it under the knee of the other foot.

 

Stay in this position for a few moments, and then repeat on the other side.
